Maintenance Requests

MPM is pleased to provide you with services of high standards. For any maintenance request or complaint, kindly contact MPM Call Center numbers: 02-6100252 or 80076769 or email the request through MPMCC@MPMProperties.ae Once request is logged, our maintenance service team shall contact you within 2 working days. ​


Please note that the following items are not included in our standard maintenance scope:​

  • Pest control services
  • Landscaping services as well as removal of trees/plants and covering sandy areas with plants or other landscape.
  • Swimming pool water cleaning and chemical treatments for private swimming pools
  • Any damages occurred due to abnormal usage from tenant's side.
  • Missing items including but not limited to remote controls , keys , sanitary fixtures, etc.
  • Bulbs replacement: will be carried out by service provider free of charge. However, tenant is requested to provide new bulbs.​​​

NOTE

  • Any damages resulting from incidents within the residential unit must be reported to the relevant authorities if necessary, and to MPM within seven days from its discovery.
  • For your safety and as per Civil Defense requirements , you are requested to avoid storing any materials outside of rented unit (i.e. property entrance, corridors, staircases, …etc.) or inside the service rooms.
  • You are kindly requested to cooperate and allow the owner (or his representative), MPM and appointed service provider access to the unit for maintenance activities and any required inspections.
