Maintenance Requests
MPM is pleased to provide you with services of high standards. For any maintenance request or complaint, kindly contact MPM Call Center numbers:
02-6100252 or 80076769 or email the request through MPMCC@MPMProperties.ae Once request is logged, our maintenance service team shall contact you within 2 working days.
Please note that the following items are not included in our standard maintenance scope:

Pest control services

Landscaping services as well as removal of trees/plants and covering sandy areas with plants or other landscape.

Swimming pool water cleaning and chemical treatments for private swimming pools

Any damages occurred due to abnormal usage from tenant's side.

Missing items including but not limited to remote controls , keys , sanitary fixtures, etc.

Bulbs replacement: will be carried out by service provider free of charge. However, tenant is requested to provide new bulbs.
NOTE
- Any damages resulting from incidents within the residential unit must be reported to the relevant authorities if necessary, and to MPM within seven days from its discovery.
- For your safety and as per Civil Defense requirements , you are requested to avoid storing any materials outside of rented unit (i.e. property entrance, corridors, staircases, …etc.) or inside the service rooms.
- You are kindly requested to cooperate and allow the owner (or his representative), MPM and appointed service provider access to the unit for maintenance activities and any required inspections.
