MPM Properties announces the floating of the following Tender

Project Description: Renovation of all Façade (Aluminum works, glass and painting for A tower of 18 floors, Electra Road W8-C5.

Tender Fees: as per ADIB Sharia Department approved FM Fees structure.

All suppliers who are interested in the project above, can obtain the related documents, specifications and the Terms and conditions for the fee mentioned above.

The bidders will be qualified based on the following requirements/conditions:

• Submitting Bidder company profile.
• Submitting Experience profile for the last 5 years in the same field above.
• Submitting Financial Audit report for the last 3 years.
• In case of hiring sub-contractors, then the above points are also applicable to these as well as to the bidder.
• Two separate envelopes: 1) Technical, 2) Commercial.
• Tender bond of 75,000.00 (included in the tender’s technical envelope)

Deadline for Tender documents reception is 11/03/2021 Deadline for Bids submission is 08/04/2021.
