​​Requirements Renewal for Residential Lease
  1. New Government approval / contract (in case of government leases)
  2. Latest MPM contract​
  3. Latest Municipality contract
  4. Active UAE pass account (For Abu Dhabi & Al Ain)
  5. Renewal fees AED 525/- in cash only
  6. In case that the rental payment will be paid by postdate cheque, additional fees will be charged according to the Adib Banking Services & Tariff board.Any other fees to be paid in cash only (if any)
  7. Rental cheques from the tenant him/herself (3rd party cheques not allowed)
  8. Any other fees to be paid in cash only (if any)
  9. Recent water & electricity bill (payment receipt is not acceptable)
  10. Original Emirates ID
  11. Original passport / Cleared Colored copy (photo is not acceptable)
Note: in case the tenant’s employer will pay the rental on behalf of his employee,
additional requirements needed
  • No objection letter from the employer accepting to settle the full year rent.
  • Cleared colored copy of the employer trade license
  • Cleared colored copy of trade license’s owner passport and Emirates ID
  • Power of attorney (if any)
  • Cleared colored copy of the power of attorney
  • Cleared colored copy of trade license’s power of attorney passport and Emirates ID (if any)

Renewal Requirements for Commercial Lease

  1. Latest MPM contract
  2. Latest Municipality contract
  3. Cleared colored copy of the trade license
  4. Original or cleared colored copy from ICP application for trade licenses’ owner’s passport and Emirates ID (photo is not acceptable)
  5. Cleared colored copy of active power of attorney (photo is not acceptable)
  6. Original trade license’s power of attorney passport and Emirates ID (if any - photo is not acceptable)
  7. Recent water & electricity bill (payment receipt is not acceptable)
  8. Active smart hub account for the trade license ( For Abu Dhabi & Al Ain only)

Termination Requirements for Residential Lease

Normal Termination

  1. 2 months vacate notice prior lease expiry date
  2. Latest MPM contract
  3. Latest Municipality contract
  4. Rent receipt for the latest contract
  5. Security deposit receipt
  6. Active smart hub account for the tenant (For Abu Dhabi & Al Ain only)
  7. Water & electricity closing account letter
  8. Chiller / AC NOC (if any)
  9. Gas clearance
  10. Maintenance check-out report
  11. Parking access card or remote (if any)
  12. Keys
  13. Cash payment for outstanding (if any)
  14. Termination Documents to be signed at MPM Premises

Early termination

  1. Early termination request fees AED 315/- in cash after the acceptance of the terms and conditions
  2. Latest MPM contract
  3. Latest Municipality contract
  4. Rent receipt for the latest contract
  5. Security deposit receipt
  6. Active smart hub account for the tenant (For Abu Dhabi & Al Ain only)
  7. Water & electricity closing account letter
  8. Chiller / AC NOC (if any)
