​​Requirements Renewal Requirements for Residential Leases
  1. ​New Government approval / contract (in case of government leases)
  2. Active UAE pass account (For Abu Dhabi & Al Ain)
  3. Renewal fees AED 525/- in cash only
  4. In case that the rental payment will be paid by postdate cheque, additional fees will be charged according to the Adib Banking Services & Tariff board.
  5. Rental cheques from the tenant him/herself (3rd party cheques not allowed)
  6. All fees to be paid in cash only (if any)
  7. Recent water & electricity bill (payment receipt is not accepted)
  8. Original Emirates ID
  9. Original passport / Clear Colored copy (phone photo is not accepted)​
Note: in case the tenant’s employer will pay the rent on behalf of his employee,
additional requirements needed:​d
  • No objection letter from the employer to pay the rent on behalf of the tenant.
  • Clear colored copy of the employer trade license.
  • Clear colored copy of trade license’s owner passport and Emirates ID
  • Active Power of attorney / Authorized signatory (if any)
  • Clear colored copy of trade license’s power of attorney passport and Emirates ID (if any)​

Renewal Requirements for Commercial Lease

  1. Clear colored copy of the trade license
  2. Original or clear colored copy for trade licenses’ owner’s / partners passport and Emirates ID (Phone photo is not accepted)
  3. Clear colored copy of active Power of attorney / Authorized signatory (photo is not accepted)
  4. Original / clear colored copy of the trade license’s power of attorney passport and Emirates ID (if any - photo is not accepted)
  5. Recent water & electricity bill (payment receipt is not accepted)
  6. Active smart hub account for the trade license (For Abu Dhabi & Al Ain only)
  7. Renewal fees AED 525/- in cash only

  10. Rental cheques from the trade license bank account or trade license owner or one of the trade license’s partners (3rd party cheques are not allowed)​​​​​
Note: in case the rental cheques from trade license owner or one of the trade license’s partners personal bank account, cheques undertaking is mandatory.

Termination Requirements for Residential Lease

Normal Termination

  1. Two months vacate notice prior lease expiry date.
  2. Security deposit receipt
  3. Active UAE Pass for the tenant (For Abu Dhabi & Al Ain only)
  4. Water & electricity closing account letter.
  5. Chiller / AC NOC (if any)
  6. Gas clearance (if any)
  7. Maintenance check-out report
  8. Parking access card or remote (if any)
  9. Keys
  10. Cash payment for the outstanding amounts (if any)
  11. Termination Forms to be signed by the tenant​

Early Termination

  1. Early termination request fees AED 315/- in cash after the acceptance of the terms and conditions
  2. Latest MPM contract
  3. Latest Municipality contract
  4. Rent receipt for the latest contract
  5. Security deposit receipt
  6. Active smart hub account for the tenant (For Abu Dhabi & Al Ain only)
  7. Water & electricity closing account letter
  8. Chiller / AC NOC (if any)
  9. Gas clearance (if any)
  10. Maintenance check-out report
  11. Parking access card or remote (if any)
  12. Keys
  13. Cash payment for outstanding (if any)
  14. Termination documents to be signed at MPM Premises
